whitecosble.co.uk is published by Whitecosble Press Ltd (Companies House 15234891, registered in England and Wales). Sole director and Editor-in-Chief: Theodora Ashby-Wade. Head of SEO: Nicolae Pitula. These Terms govern your use of whitecosble.co.uk.

2. Acceptance

By using whitecosble.co.uk you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. What Whitecosble is

Whitecosble is an editorial quarterly magazine. We publish bookmaker reviews, sport commentary, long-form dispatches, guides, and four seasonal quarterly issues. We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets. We do not hold customer funds. We do not hold a UK Gambling Commission operating licence.

4. Age restriction

whitecosble.co.uk is for readers aged 18 and over. An 18+ age gate blocks access on first visit. By proceeding past the age gate, you confirm you are aged 18 or over.

5. Affiliate relationships

Whitecosble earns affiliate commissions on some operator links (marked "→ Visit [operator]"). Commercial disclosure at /affiliate-disclosure/. Commercial arrangements do not influence tier assignment. Tiers are locked by the editorial desk before any commercial conversation. Operators in the "Not recommended" tier carry no affiliate link.

6. Editorial content

All reviews, scorecards, dispatches, guides and quarterly issue content are prepared by named editorial staff. Our methodology is published at /how-we-review/. We correct errors within 48 hours of notification, publish correction notices, and preserve the original with a strike-through marker. We do not allow operators pre-publication access.

7. Use of content

Content on whitecosble.co.uk is © Whitecosble Press Ltd unless otherwise credited. You may quote up to 200 words with attribution and a link back. Systematic reproduction, scraping, or redistribution requires written permission from legal@whitecosble.co.uk.

8. Operator responsibility and ADR providers

Bookmakers we review are separate UK-licensed businesses. We do not operate their services, hold their customer funds, or adjudicate their disputes. If you have a dispute with an operator, their own complaints process is the first route, followed by their designated ADR provider (LCCP 6.1): IBAS, eCOGRA, ProMediate or CEDR. The UK Gambling Commission does not adjudicate individual customer disputes — ADR is the designated route.

9. Offer accuracy

We verify the offers listed on our site weekly. Operators may change, suspend or withdraw offers at short notice. Always check the operator's own site for current terms before opening an account. Offer T&Cs are the operator's responsibility.

11. Liability

Editorial content is opinion informed by measurement. Operator services, outcomes, winnings and losses are governed by the operator's own terms. Whitecosble Press Ltd is not liable for any outcome of gambling activity with any operator. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot be excluded by UK law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes and contact
